Fleming Court Business Centre comprises two wings of Fleming Court a range of attractive interlinked period office buildings around a landscaped courtyard which have been internally refurbished to provide high quality modern office accommodation. The offices are carpeted throughout and benefit from gas fired central heating. There is dedicated car parking immediately adjacent to the Centre. Male and female WC’s and communal kitchen facilities are provided. Each office benefits from a furniture package which includes desks, chairs and telecommunications equipment. A telephone door entry system is supplied to each office.
We have 20 individual units available to suit all budget and space requirements, the offices form part of Langdowns DFK, a firm of Chartered Accountants. Each office is unique and some boast exposed period brickwork, while others have the benefit of floor to ceiling windows.
We have 3 meetings rooms and one boardroom. These are available 9-5, Mon - Fri and are included in the licence fee. You can book meeting rooms up to 4 weeks in advance.
